Packing forwarding and other charges
This website is a wholesale/Retail business website with working business on a B2B mode, The price we mentioned on the website are our best prices.
The pricing are subject to following terms :
- All the prices mentioned here are based on the availability of product.
- All the products will branded as per the request and design of the clients.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All Shipping & Delivery charges are extra as per actual and choice of the service customer prefers.
- The shipping & Delivery cost will be informed before shipping or delivery.
- Products will be delivered only on terms of consent on the Tax, Packing, Shipping & Forwarding payable by the customer.
- For all the orders placed online will start start shipping from 5-7 days which not include Sundays, national and public holidays. We guarantee that the product will reach at your given address within 10-12 working days not including Sundays and other holidays subject to the payment credited/cleared to our account.
- We provide delivery throughout India for all online purchases, also in rural interior areas through speed post or registered post; the order will deliver to you within 10days. All the order should need the pin code to effect correct location, we are not responsible for delay in goods if the client/customer door locked/ no such persons. We provide you with standard rates and our shipping charges are based on volume of the particular product.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
- You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 4 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email along with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while placing order on our site. Send us the email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
- If you have received damaged product/s, don’t worry, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7-10 working days. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to our store. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be burned by the company and if the wrong order placed by customer, then he/she have to born the shipping cost.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into particular bank account shared by customer.
- In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed the return request.
- The shoppers are requested to check the size chart before placing the order.
- The color of the products you choose may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
